Two separate government land sale parcels sit at Woodlands Drive 17, tendered a year apart to two different developers. This page tracks the parcel carried on the ERA sales feed as Woodlands Drive 17 - PB, with Sim Lian Group named as developer on that feed. The other parcel was awarded to CDL Divine Pte Ltd in August 2025 (about 420 units, S$360.9m land price, HDB tender result). The Sim Lian parcel was awarded on 20 January 2026 (about 560 units, S$484.0m land price, HDB tender result). Price list, unit mix, floor plans and the marketing name have not been released.
