What is collected

When you send an enquiry, the form records the name and the phone number or email address you enter, and any message you write. Nothing else is taken from the form.

Why it is collected

Solely to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on the property matter you raised.

Consent

By submitting the enquiry form you agree to be contacted about that enquiry — by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email. You may withdraw that consent at any time using the contact below.

Who it is shared with

Your details are not sold, and are not passed to third parties for marketing. Where an enquiry becomes a property transaction, information may be shared with ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd and with the other party's representative, only as far as that transaction requires, and with the authorities where the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Enquiry records are kept for as long as the enquiry is live, and thereafter for the record-keeping period required of a CEA-registered salesperson. They are deleted after that.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party ad tracking. Page views and enquiry counts are recorded per listing so we know which properties draw interest. Those counts are not linked to your identity.

Your rights under the PDPA

You may ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or withdraw consent and ask for it to be deleted. Write to the contact below and it will be actioned.
